Client agrees to the following:
Programs and Digital Products
Program Access & Personal Use: Your purchase grants you access to the specific course, masterclass, or digital program for your personal use only.
Access is limited to the registered participant and may not be transferred, shared, or assigned to another individual.
Participants are expected to use the program in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Unauthorized sharing of account credentials or access to purchased content is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
Please refer to the Intellectual Property section for additional information regarding ownership and permitted use of all course materials and content.
Masterclass Access: Access to the live masterclass and its replay is limited to registered participants only. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive access instructions via email, including access to the live Zoom session (if applicable) and the replay within the designated course platform.
Refund Policy:
All purchases of the masterclass are final and non-refundable.
Because this masterclass includes immediate access to digital content, including event registration, course materials, and/or replay access, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided for any reason, including if you are unable to attend the live event.
This policy applies to both:

The live masterclass prior to the event date.

The recorded replay available after the live event has concluded.
By purchasing the masterclass, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
Access Period: Unless otherwise stated, your purchase includes lifetime access to the masterclass replay through our designated course platform. Sparkle and Bloom Coaching reserves the right to suspend or revoke access without refund if a participant violates these Terms & Conditions, shares purchased content without authorization, or otherwise abuses access to the course or community.
Participant Eligibility
Sparkle and Bloom Coaching's courses, masterclasses, coaching programs, and community are designed exclusively for women. By registering for any program or service, you acknowledge that these offerings are intended for female participants in order to foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for healing and personal growth.
Sparkle and Bloom Coaching reserves the right to refuse enrollment or revoke access, without refund, if a participant does not meet the stated eligibility requirements or provides false or misleading information during registration.
Community Standards & Right to Remove Access
Sparkle and Bloom Coaching is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment for all participants.
By enrolling in any course, masterclass, coaching program, or community, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and courteous manner toward the Coach and all participants.
Sparkle and Bloom Coaching reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, revoke, or terminate a participant's access to any course, masterclass, digital content, community platform, or coaching program without prior notice or refund if the participant engages in conduct that includes, but is not limited to:

Harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior toward the Coach or other participants.

Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate conduct during live sessions or within the community.

Hate speech, discrimination, threats, or intimidation of any kind.

Sharing confidential information or violating the privacy of other participants.

Unauthorized sharing, copying, recording, distributing, or selling course materials or account access.

Any behavior that, in the sole judgment of Sparkle and Bloom Coaching, negatively impacts the safety, integrity, or experience of the community.

Failure to comply with the eligibility requirements for participation in the program or community.
Removal from any program or community due to a violation of these Terms & Conditions does not entitle the participant to a refund, credit, or future access to purchased content.
Sparkle and Bloom Coaching reserves the right to maintain a community environment that reflects its mission, values, and commitment to fostering healing, encouragement, respect, and personal growth.
Intellectual Property
All masterclasses, courses, videos, workbooks, worksheets, presentations, and downloadable resources are the intellectual property of Sparkle and Bloom Coaching and are for the purchaser's personal use only.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, recorded, sold, or uploaded to any third-party platform without prior written permission.
Unauthorized sharing of course materials or account access may result in immediate removal from the course or community without refund.
1:1 Coaching Services
The coaching services provided by Sparkle and Bloom Coaching are conducted primarily via Zoom. Coaching is a collaborative partnership designed to help the Client develop greater self-awareness, identify personal goals, and take meaningful steps toward growth and healing.
During coaching sessions, the Coach will provide guidance, encouragement, accountability, and honest feedback. The Client understands that the success of the coaching relationship depends on their own commitment, participation, and willingness to apply what is learned.
If the Client believes the coaching relationship is no longer meeting their needs, they agree to communicate those concerns with the Coach.
Coaching is not a substitute for licensed mental health care. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions and should not replace counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or other medical or mental health treatment.
Coaching Confidentiality
Sparkle and Bloom Coaching respects the privacy of all Clients. Information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential except:

when the Client provides written or verbal permission to disclose information;

when disclosure is required by applicable law; or
-
when necessary to protect the safety of the Client or others.
Coaching Session
Clients agree to join their scheduled coaching session on time. If a Client is more than 10 minutes late without prior communication, the Coach may consider the session forfeited or canceled.
Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations & Reschedules
Individual coaching sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
If a session is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours' notice, the client will receive a 50% refund, and a new session must be booked.
